Information clause regarding the processing of personal data.

     By completing the application form, the participant consents to the processing of personal data by the organizer for the purpose of conducting the training.     The administrator of the disclosed data is M&P Przedsiębiorstwo Prywatne, ul. Daszyńskiego 76, 43-450 Ustroń. Personal data will be processed for marketing purposes if separate consent is given. Without separate consent, personal data will not be made available to data recipients within the meaning of Art. 7 point 6 of the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. Participants have the right to access the content of their data and the ability to correct it.     Providing data is voluntary, however, without providing it, it is not possible to achieve the purposes mentioned above.     Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection or "GDPR"), I inform that:     The administrator of personal data of training participants is Zbigniew Brych running a business under the name M&P Przedsiębiorstwo Prywatne and administrative employees of M&P Przedsiębiorstwo Prywatne.     Regarding compliance with data protection rules at M&P Przedsiębiorstwo Prywatne, you can contact us via e-mail: biuro@mipustron.com.pl     Your personal data will be processed as necessary for the performance of the contract (implementation of the ordered training) to which you are a party, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR, and if the participant consents to the processing of personal data by the Data Administrator for marketing purposes, personal data will be processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).     The recipient of your personal data will be IT companies as processors, with the reservation of other entities to which the obligation to provide personal data results from legal provisions.     Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country (i.e. a country not belonging to the European Economic Area) and / or an international organization     Your personal data will be stored for the period:

     5 years from the beginning of the year following the financial year of execution of the contract in accordance with the provisions of tax law.     until consent is withdrawn, if the training participant consents to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes.

     In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:     the right to access the data content (in accordance with Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation);     the right to rectify data (in accordance with Article 16 of the General Data Protection Regulation);     the right to delete data (in accordance with Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation);     the right to restrict data processing (in accordance with Article 18 of the General Data Protection Regulation);     the right to transfer data (in accordance with Article 20 of the General Data Protection Regulation);     the right to object (in accordance with Article 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation),     the right to withdraw consent (in the case of consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes) at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, e.g. by sending an e-mail with the withdrawal of consent to the following address: biuro@mipustron. com.pl     the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if it is considered that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.     Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is a necessary condition for participating in the training and, if you consent, for receiving marketing materials.
